Abstract

This paper outlines the development of an affordable, sustainable K-12 outreach program beased pneumatically-powered soft robots. Recent advances in lox-cost 3D printers have helped make these robots available to hobbyists and K-12 classrooms. This paper is intended to serve as a reference for interested students, parents and educators, and a model for other researchers to develop similar outreach programs.
